1. About This App
Rymio (the “App”) helps users record subscriptions, check upcoming renewals, and understand recurring expenses. The App does not bill users, change contracts, or cancel subscriptions on behalf of service providers.
2. Information You Enter
Users must ensure that the services, prices, dates, and other information they enter are accurate. Always check the relevant service provider’s information for contract details, billing amounts, and cancellation terms.
3. Estimated Spending and Reminders
Renewal dates, estimated spending, and reminders shown by the App are provided for reference based on information entered by users. The App does not guarantee that they reflect actual billing or that notifications will be delivered.
4. Backups and Data Management
Users are responsible for properly managing their own data and backups. The App is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, loss, deletion, or other circumstances.
5. Third-Party Services
The App has no affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or other relationship with the companies operating the services shown. All service names, app icons, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. App icons obtained from the iTunes Search API are displayed to identify services registered by users. The App does not modify these icons and uses them in association with information from the corresponding App Store pages. The relevant display may be changed or removed at the request of a rights holder or Apple.
6. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be changed to accommodate new features, legal requirements, or operational needs. Revised terms apply from the time they are published in the App or on its distribution page.
